Tenant of 4 years at this location. The only amenities are a pair of washers and dryers, and the dryers have been broken more than they've been working during my time here. The appliances are 20+ years old (yes I checked the manufacture dates) and nothing has been updated since I moved in. The general condition of the apartment is what I would call acceptable at the $800 it was in 2019. Rent has gone up substantially each year, and is now $1400. For that extra $600 per month, literally nothing has been improved, and it is very much not worth the cost. The building manager is also pretty rude, but I've barely had to interact with her.

4 years. Residents are quite, we just live on a noisy street. Laundry is coin operated by third party and break often. The common areas used to be cleaned every week and are now only done once a month. For the most part, everything else is fine. Updates would be nice, but not at the cost of the rent increasing
