Just OK
Tha new management is doing their best to improve/remodel this old apartment complex. It’s ok but it can always be better. Some few important things missing here like: No in-unit washer and dryer, No Community Clubhouse, No Fitness Center, No Kids Playground etc. But overall not bad!

Interesting
In the five years I have lived at Northridge Meadows, I think it has changed owners about 3 times. Maintenance men are always helpful (with what resources they are given) . I received a new thermostat but no booklet on how to use it. My AC keeps kicking off it regulates back up to higher temperatures... I have had a bee problem the entire time I have lived there. The spider spray I am using is killing the bees too, thank God.
