Huron Apartments is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. Pet rent is $30 per pet, per month. There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet.Ā We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets. View more

Pretty average apartment building. No real complaints.

Quiet area close to town and easy access to freeway. Mold on windows and sliding door has been a constant issue in the winter, but otherwise okay place.

Good neighborhood to live in. Only complaints would be getting maintenance to fix my balcony door that I’ve reported on for the past 3 years now.

I'm still new, but I like it here so far. Met one of my neighbors and he sang the place's praises, he's been here for 6 years. So I'm looking forward to being here. When first entering the building there are cobwebs at the base of the stairs and in the hallways they are really bad in the corners and by the lights. I know bug and spider season is hard to keep up, but it really doesn't look like there's been any effort put into keeping those locations clean.
