There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet.Ā We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

Constant noise from people upstairs and management won't do anything about it after multiple people have complained. It's not bad til they have company over and that is when all the screaming and yelling as well as stomping and throwing fits occurs.

We need more washers and dryers everyone seems to be always using them and it's very hard to find a chance to use it. The neighbors are loud.
