Wonderful place to live. Excellent location from the freeway. Also, if you have kids, we a re located close to an elementary, middle, and high school. Excellent management here as well as an ever evolving community. It has been a pleasure living here.

Little Value for the Money

The rent is fairly comparable to other complexes in the area however the upkeep & amenities are not on par. My unit in particular has the same carpet as the previous tenant who had been there for multiple years with cats. There are stains and the smell of urine from one of the closets. They, it the maintenance person, also smoked and left butts in the laundry tub. The windows thought out the property seem to be from original construction. They are double-paned but the insulation is gone and many have mold growing between the panes. This obviously is cause for high utility expenses and the ability to hear your the conversations anyone is having outside quite clearly. My front door was missing weatherstripping around the frame and also from the threshold. The shower enclosure has several layers of caulking which continue to crack allowing water to drip behind and create black mold. The shower valves are no longer to code and haven't been for at least a decade. Needles to say, routine, preventive maintenance has not been a priority for a number of years and, while management harps on proper insurance being had, parking in designated spaces, occasional inspections, etc, they have done little to make this a community I would recommend to anyone. I will be excited to leave.

Pet Policy

We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.
