All in all, it's an okay place to live

We love the location and most of our neighbors! The management usually will work with you if late on rent, although the late fee just went up to $100 instead of $50 and they will still send out legal letters. The price for these is super high for the value. I moved in with stained carpets and the vinyl bubbled and ripped in the dining room/kitchen. The maintenance has gotten better on timing but doesn't always fix things the way id like. All in all, its an okay place to live but rent continues to go up and its just not worth it.

I just moved in a month ago and so far everything is WONDERFUL. The staff is kind and welcoming. The neighborhood is great and full of other kids which is wonderful for my daughter! The bedroom are big with big windows and good airflow. Overall I am so happy to have found this townhome.

Heather is extremely helpful in working with her tenants. We love the neighborhood we live in and it's overall a great place to live. The maintenance could be better and the property could be better tended to.
