Great Maintanance Staff

I am so pleased with our maintenance staff at Prentiss Pointe. Bobby was just super to switch out the dryer door to make it easier to load. He also fixed my thermostat in the same visit. Very nice gent- professional and kind. Glad to live here.

Great Staff

I've lived her for 2 months now, and I love it. My apartment is perfect for me and it's so close to the metropark trails. I love being able to just walk out the door and get right on the trails. The staff is phenomenal! Jessie has been so great. She really made this process so easy and fast. Overall I am extremely pleased and excited to be living here!

Absolutely Love it here

I've been living here for quite some time, and i absolutely love it here. The space/ scenery, and amenities are to die for. I also love the office staff here so friendly and kind. The maintenance team One Word ( Phenomenal ) Bobby & Jeremy, always right on time when something breaks or goes wrong. Ten star community!!!
