Foster Apartments is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. Pet rent is $30 per pet, per month. There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet.Ā We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets. View more

Love our apartment. Our Manager Maurice in Gladwin keeps it always so clean and nice. Wish we had Central air. Also would love a ceiling fan. Also would be nice to have storage outside our apartment for things. The storage we have in the building is being used by maintenance storing old tools and things for the apartments so we can't use them or someone is using more than one and we cant use them.

I love living here. Very clean apaetmemts, yard and hall ways. Very quite except the dog living behind me. Always barking but the manager has spoken to them about the problem we all have with the dog.

Parking is always flooded when it rains. Snow plowing interferes with parking. Neighbors have a dog that won't stop barking. Very disappointing at times.

The cost is astronomical compared to the (lack of) improving/updating the facilities. Rent is too much especially for fixed income. Maurice is awesome.
