Outstanding maintenance

The community does an excellent job keeping the complex clean and well groomed. Office staff is exceptionally cordial and would go out of the way to help. Every apartment has separate storage area close to the laundry room which comes in handy. The only downside is that you need to pay extra for carport. Overall, I like what I get and would recommend it for individual and small family.

Nice community

I feel like this is one of the greatest decisions I ever made was to leave my house of 10 years and come to this apartment community. I have met wonderful neighbors my mom passed away 6 yrs ago but I met 2 older ladies that treat my kids like grandchildren. The relationship I have with them reminds me of the women from waiting to exhale. I love my area and how everyone is into gardening it makes me happy to just look out into the court yard and see everyone beautiful flowers. My dog loves the dog park. My older kids loves to swimming pool and clubhouse. My smaller kids love the nice sidewalks to ride their bikes and skate and making friends. I will love to start a kickball team with the kids next summer to give them something to do with all the open field around. I came here with plans of moving out of state but now I don't want to leave no time soon. The office and maintenance staff are always a pleasure to speak with and handles problems repairs in a timely fashion. I LOVE IT HERE. I FEEL SAFE HERE. I WANT TO STAY HERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME.

My opinion

I’ve Been Needing New carpet for about 5 yrs now!! ?????? Looks terrible. Have to be careful when I vacuum because it’s coming apart in so many places.
