A step back

The current staff is not as proactive or attentive as they were with the previous management company. I don't think I've seen them walk the building or identify areas in need of attention or improvement - they don't bring as much value to the building as other property managers.

Good apartment

Not a bad apartment. The barn door on one of the bedrooms is kind of strange and lets all sound in from the living room. Also the street noise can be loud at times. Great location for shopping and meals out,

The following breeds are not allowed (no exceptions) and include both purebred and/or mixes: Akita Alaskan Malamute Boxer Chow Chow Dalmatian Doberman Pinscher German Shepherd Husky Pit Bull Terrier Presa Canario Rottweiler Staffordshire/Bull Terrier A non-refundable pet registration fee and a monthly rent payment is required for each dog or cat.
