Good day, all! I've lived here since its doors first opened 7 years ago! I've seen so many come & so many go! The maintenance crew have been the stars in Regis Houze's sky! They have fast response times, are highly knowledgeable, and are just cool gentlemen all around! I am a single woman (looks like I'll die that way;-) and it's very important to feel great vibes from men who have access to your living space! The front desk staff has been awesome! They even put treats out for the ??! Parking & rent are a tad expensive?? but blame the area, not Regis Houze! An update of appliances would be my only complaint, ???

Nice Place, Uninvolved Management

I have loved living here. The rent has been affordable over the past 3 years I've resided here. I am also in love with the location - not many other people could brag about living next to the Fisher building and across the street from Cadillac Place. The biggest downsides about living here though is the property manager. I've had at least three different women fill the role within my 3+ years here. Each one is either rude or inattentive. They do not follow up with paper work and contacting the emergency maintenance line is the ONLY way to get in touch with a representative at a later time. Otherwise, it seems that voicemails fall into the abyss. The property also feels forgotten about. I know there's only a few units within the whole building, but when my key stops working or the heat isn't working in my unit, I need to be able to speak with someone about the issue/s.
