40 Hague

Originally the Packard Automobile Showroom designed by famed Detroit architect Albert Kahn, 40 Hague was transformed into modern, residential lofts that pay homage to the building’s industrial roots. 40 Hague is a two-story building comprised of 38 apartments in a variety of floor plan layouts to suit your needs. There are 2 studios, 28 one-bedroom apartments, and 8 two-bedroom apartments. Each comes equipped with standard appliances, including a washer, dryer, and microwave, and has access to 40 Hague’s shared interior courtyard featuring seating, trees, and planters. Our residents also enjoy easy access to a private park featuring barbecues and green space. Detroit’s first branded neighborhood, the North End is located just minutes away from the Wayne State University campus with convenient access to the John C. Lodge freeway. 40 Hague is situated along Woodward Avenue, and the neighborhood itself is conveniently located near some of Detroit’s best cultural, educational, and medical institutions in the region—including the Detroit Institute of Arts, the Fisher Theater, the Michigan Science Center, Henry Ford Hospital, and the Detroit Medical Center.
