We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

The location can’t be beat, if only the apartment was staffed with enough matenance to do their jobs. Heat is included if you dont mind waiting till December for them to turn it on? This apartment used to be government funded, it’s privetly owned now, other than the rent hike, everything stayed the same including how the staff treats it’s renter’s, except for the candy bags on each door.

I have lived here for one year. There is no on-site staff, no grilling or picnic area, unmonitored access, only one washer and dryer for 8 units and the cost for use of the machines is expensive. Also the increase in rent and the $50 utility charge is outrageous. My rent went from $745 to $815. I am retired and live on my social security and wages from a part time job. I belong to the Caseville Housing Commission and we set rental rates for 47 units. My rent is more than $100 over the FHM rates for this area. With that said, the unit itself is nice and is large enough for my needs and quite honestly I really have no desire to move again. One more thing, it is nearly impossible to control the heating with the adjustable knob.
