In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.

Emergency maintenance and maintenance in general are seriously lacking. When contact is made, they’ll say they’ll be back and don’t show up till you call management again and it’s just like starting the complaint over again. When the issue is an emergency, the phone isn’t answered and then they don’t call back for hours. As far as management is concerned, a property manager usually doesn’t stick around long enough to follow through with an issue. Either their workload is too heavy, or management doesn’t support the proper repair if they even address the problems at all. Needless to say, I would not refer a friend to live here.
