The maintence is poor the condition of the houses is so so the manager here just tells you what you wanna here to get you to move in basicly then does bothing or changes what she says a majority of people living here smoke pot in the apartments an makes all them stink bc central air so if you have kids think twice also the neighbors are all loud and up late music ect so if ur a morningnperson or work its not ideal we currently live here an have two apartments here and its the same issue in both spots plus clogged drains ac broken washer broke been weeks nothing is fixed

Very nice complex. One of the most worrysome parts of living in an apartment is hearing your neighbors. Here, that does not happen. On top of that, maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner!

Ive lived here for a year and the first 6 months were great until I needed maintenance help. my ceiling started caving in because of upper floor water damage. maintenance was NOT 24/7 and they just patched up the damage. not proper maintenance and could cause mold. apartment looks great but not worth the pay amount.

beautiful property, quiet, super pet friendly

I lived at The Edge at Oakland for a little over 2 years. During my time here, there weren't any major issues aside from my AC going out in the middle of summer in 2024. It took the complex over a week or so to get the AC working again. I had to stay with a friend for the week as the inside of my apartment was well over 80 degrees. Aside from this, maintance was always very kind, responsive, and helpful. He would always check in on residents while in the middle of doing tasks for the apartment complex. I physically vacated my apartment in Decemeber 2025. My lease ended mid Feb 2026. I ensured that I complied with my lease agreement and was in direct contact with management during this process. Come late March, I noticed I had not received a move-out inspection report nor my deposit refund. I contacted management three times through phone and sent multiple emails concerning this. They were dismissive and requested that I contact "old" management (new management took over right after my lease ended). "Old" management then said that it was "new" management's issue. It is now mid-May and this issue has not been resolved.
