The Edge At Oakland

Ive lived here for a year and the first 6 months were great until I needed maintenance help. my ceiling started caving in because of upper floor water damage. maintenance was NOT 24/7 and they just patched up the damage. not proper maintenance and could cause mold. apartment looks great but not worth the pay amount.

beautiful property, quiet, super pet friendly

I lived at The Edge at Oakland for a little over 2 years. During my time here, there weren't any major issues aside from my AC going out in the middle of summer in 2024. It took the complex over a week or so to get the AC working again. I had to stay with a friend for the week as the inside of my apartment was well over 80 degrees. Aside from this, maintance was always very kind, responsive, and helpful. He would always check in on residents while in the middle of doing tasks for the apartment complex. I physically vacated my apartment in Decemeber 2025. My lease ended mid Feb 2026. I ensured that I complied with my lease agreement and was in direct contact with management during this process. Come late March, I noticed I had not received a move-out inspection report nor my deposit refund. I contacted management three times through phone and sent multiple emails concerning this. They were dismissive and requested that I contact "old" management (new management took over right after my lease ended). "Old" management then said that it was "new" management's issue. It is now mid-May and this issue has not been resolved.

Livable. Parking is poor for large vehicles and pavement is poor. Apartment is old but freshly updated though poor talent did the updates

Dig waste is not being picked up from resident who's dog
