Arbor Haus review
This place is about as good as it gets for Ann Arbor. The soundproofing is excellent. You dont hear the highway or neighbors. It‘s in a great location. Its easy to hop on the highway and to travel to A2 or Ypsilanti. The place is newly refurbished, clean and safe. Even though it’s in the middle of of both cities Arbor Haus is tucked away in its own secluded area. From whatI’ve heard from talking to others , it’s even on the cheaper side. The office and maintenance are also very good. Overall this place is a gem im what can be one of the hardest places to find housing in Michigan.
Arbor Haus Experience
So far it has been wonderful. The soundproofing is good, which helps since we live by the highway. The amenities inside the unit are high quality and brand new. The parking has been a little convoluted at times but is overall very nice. The apartment feels safe and that for me is all that really matters. The only complaint I have is that for 3 apartment buildings we have 2 washers and dryers. This is not enough. There has been multiple times I’ve gone down to use them and there full. So usually i just go to a laundromat.
Arbor Haus - Good Location Area
Lived here for over two years. Location good plenty of parking. Easy walking access to a lot of stores and restaurants. Rent went up a lot, but they have been making improvements to the complex. Maintenance has been great they respond right away!
