Our apartment is in a great location and parking been not an issue. There are some things about the maintenance which are lacking, particularly the outside stairs and the safety of the landing at the top outside. Also, some of the windows don’t open and the screens won’t get in place. But the kitchen up-to-date and nice.

Multiple maintenance workers and DTE workers have told us we are overpaying for electricity due to faulty wiring in our unit, and the tenants below us have confirmed that they pay around one fifth the price for electricity that we pay. We have spent over a year trying to get this issue resolved but management refuses to help
