Reevaluate. Reflect. Why are you pricing out students? I have paid my own rent for the oast two years, no ine is helping me. I cant work 40 hours a week to avoid rent as a student. Reevaluate.

We pay 4,500 per month without utilities. The water pressure is never good, and if someone flushes a toilet I can't shower. There is no way you're still paying off a mortgage. You charge young college students struggling to pay rent way too much. The only reason I can afford to live here is because I took out loans to pay my rent. Schoolwork does not allow me to work enough hours to support myself, and my parents do not financially support me for rent, food, utilities, or extra curriculars. Maintenance doesn't fix the drawer that we made two requests on, and tell us just to "be careful" with it, as if we haven't been doing that since August. I am tired of paying too much and everything not being up to par. Consider controlling your rent.

I've lived at this house for just under a year now, it's a great location for me. Pretty quiet at nights but easy to get to nearby restaurants, bars, and No Thai. Maintenance has always been pretty quick with our requests and I appreciate that. The only downside is property's kitchen is super small, the living spaces/kitchen aren't super functional. Overall, works great as a college house just don't expect this to be THE house for hosting.
