Review

I like the outdoor area that surrounds my apartment home. The room is enough, annex is shared living. Maintenece is responsive; nice friendly staff in amd out of office, willing to help and seem to genuinely care.

Great Location on northside of Ann Arbor

I've lived here over a year and am glad to do. The proximity to the University of Michigan's north campus is nice, and buses are easily accessible. The walk to downtown Ann Arbor is a healthy, but doable one. It's a good option for graduate students.

Great for grad school students

I moved in a little over 1 month ago. It was super easy to move in because it comes semi-furnished and all of the utilities and internet are included. On Day One, I really only needed bed sheets, pillows, and a shower curtain. At this location, it's close to a railroad crossing... so it can be randomly loud due to train whistles. However, this particular property is exceedingly beautiful and idyllic. Its view reminds me of being in a cozy bed & breakfast. Its beautiful location makes me glad I moved in. It's also close to North Campus... a good walk.
