Overall, A Nice Place To Live

The best part of living at 53 Danforth is the location. Minutes' walk from the bus, the movies, my church, and a few other places. When fully functional, including change machine, on-site laundry is also quite nice. There was a period of a few years where we'd have turn-over right at the time we needed to get our lease renewal completed but, thankfully, there sems to be more stability these days.
