95 Park Street

These apartments are beautiful but these rental rates are high and heat is not included. Heat is electric and its on your bill. Management is not great at all. I have had so much stress from them. Never met liza in the time i live here which is 2 years and she came to my house and didnt even introduce herself. Hands me a notice and says we are not renewing yiur lease and i said may i ask why and she didnt give me a reason. They towed my truck the first winter i was here i was sleeping and woke up and my truck was gone i ask if they could help me and she said no iust before christmas. I dont want people to spend their time and money on this place. All they care about is money not the people. There has been several people that have said bad about management also. So many are struggling today and these companies think you can get money from a tree or something. Its insane how our society is today. You would thiink they would have reasonable rates so then you wouldnt have vacant apartments and people would say and the company would get good comments and reviews. I am disappointed in the managemenet of this place. The apartment next to me has been vacant for awhile now im pretty sure its because of the rent that cant be good for a company. I have nothing good to say about management.people need to know the truth before they move into these apartments. Im saying this in a reapectful truthful kind of way no hate just complete discust. I hate what this company put me thru for the two years i have live here and i dont want that to happen to someone else.

Its been pretty good so far at park street apartments. People seem really nice and helpful

This is a college town, so need to account for the college traffic/noise/emergency vehicles at all times of the day.
