Amenities

I've been at the Exchange going into my second year. I am especially pleased with the Exchange's with the concierge's package/mailing receiving services. I no longer drive and as a non driver, this service has afforded me the luxury of not having to routinely travel to and from the post office to pick up packages and mailing needs. This is a huge service and the concierge staff perform their duties in a highly professional and kindly manner. I couldn't be more pleased.

This place was excellent

I recently had to move out of this apartment due to family issues but I LOVED living here. It feels like a resort or an expensive hotel. The floor plans are all very spacious and the lighting in the apartments are excellent. The office staff and concierges are were always friendly and helpful. Parking options could be better but the location is so excellent you wont need a car. I worked in Bethesda and could easily get to work using public transportation in 30 mins. The area is very diverse, which I loved. You can find any kind of food you want with in a less than 10 minute walk for the most part. I wish I could have stayed there forever, it was my dream apartment. If I ever had a chance to buy in that building I absolutely would.
