Needs more cleaning. More dog poop trash stations. I

At the beginning it was nice. Now there are tenants here that trash up the place and not clean enough. Kids are tearing up the property. Trash can not dump regularly. Dog poop everywhere including the sidewalks. Broken and abandoned cars taking up extra parking spaces. Mailbox area not clean. No trashcan for junk mail.

Nice Place to Rent

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 3 years. It has been a great place to rent thus far. We love that it is pet friendly and the dog parks are a huge bonus. Neighbors are very nice and we've never had any issues while living here. Overall, great place to rent and would recommend to family and friends.

Great place to live!

I've been here for a year and a half. I love the location, love my building as is pretty much sits alone. The view of the dog park and greenery when I wake us is so relaxing. Lots of neighbors have dogs but are well-behaved. The maintenance staff respond promptly and are always friendly. There's never a problem getting a parking space and I get a little bit of exercise on the steps (smile).
