Its a good spot for its pricing and they are very reasonable when dealing with you
In totality
The space of the unit is the ONLY thing i admire about this property. Utilities ARE included however, i could do with or without them. Its no fun to have someone else control the HEAT/AC summer is around the corner and the air STILL NOT ON!! Property mngr Khadijah tries her best however, she could use some improvement. Elevators are TRASH from the wait times to the cleanliness (not good). Trash rooms are DISGUSTING on a regular basis. Maintenance is okay. The building is made to be secured however, always seem to be broken. The building is also supposed to be equipped with security (rarely see them). Lastly, corporate office is NO ASSISTANCE the regional mngr mever returns calls/messages.
Convenience for transportation
I have been here since 2018/2019 and I have enjoyed my stay. The new management company is wonderful and the rental office staff is great and the maintenance is amazing!
