Not too bad

I came in with a great deal if id sign lease by a certain date. I moved in and was finding a lot of issues with the appt but management was able to get majority sorted out.

This was a pleasant place to live, now I smell cigarettes and marijuana all night and day. And there is cigarette butts everywhere outside now and continued issues with proper disposal of the trash in this complex.

Noisy Neighbors

Since living here our quality of life has suffered significantly. The neighbors above us are so loud all the time. It sounds like they are body slamming each other. They are constantly stomping around. Sometimes they like to vacuum at 4am. Management wont do anything about it. For the price we pay we shouldnt have to deal with this.
