My experience living here overall has been rather peaceful. I dont have any major complaints, I enjoy veing a tenant I like that our door to the buildings lock. I haven’t had any issues with washer and drier aside from the card machine acting up sometimes. I only had a few issues with neighbors as far as hearing arguments but thats to be expected sometimes. Parking is a plus being that I enjoy hosting get togethers with friends often. Outside of my car being vandalized once I don’t have much negative to say about parking. Maintenance I would give a good 8.5/10.

I have been living @ Tall oak for almost 3 years & this location is fabulous. Maintence comes with in 24 hours of the request, some times same day. I couldnt ask for better complex. Also Henderson & webb takes anyone!
