no guest parking . no occupant parking .. should be able to purchase a extra parking space or a guest pass

A very quiet place, and clean upkeeping of the grounds; parking during summer falls short and during winter when snow falls needs better upkeeping; residents shouldnt be the one clearing the snow to be able to park
