Fair place overall

I have lived here for about 4 years, no upgrades which is ok, but my rent is still going up like I have new cabinets, hard wood floors, and such. But overall it a quite place good location, but seem like alot of change with management/ ownership which scares me some.

1.5 yrs. Convenient for people who work on base. But living on the 1st floor; the noise. Creaking floors; not the person(s) fault.
