A very nice place
I have only lived in the complex for about 1 month. However, I have enjoyed my time here so far, I love having a washing and dryer in the unit, although there are a lot of steps, it is a good workout and I am getting used to that. All of tue neighbors have been friendly and helpful as well.
Location is great, but you need a car.
Not a good place to live if you would like to peacefully enjoy your own apartment. If you have neighbors who take great delight in walking in their apartment above you like they are wearing CONCRETE BOOTS!!!! Kinda makes it hard to have "peaceful enjoyment" of an apartment that you're putting out a good sum of money for !!! Plus it's advertised as a "100% Smoke - Free Community" that most people pay no attention to!!! Not everyone believes in following rules.
Nice Apartments
Have lived at Magnolia Greene for a couple of years now. The apartments are nice sized with decent utilities. The maintenance staff and management staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The parking is a little tight, sometimes I have to park two buildings away from my building. The noise can be bad as well as the walls are really thin (I can always hear people below me too)
