A Wonderful Place to Call Home.

My family and I have been here for three years now and to be honest we all love it. The location is great, the neighbors are friendly, the trail to Willowdale Park is lovely. Listening to the birds it's peaceful, but most of all my family and I feel safe. The staff and maintenance crew are awesome. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Tammy Kuznik for everything that she has done and continues to do. Tammy always manages to put a smile on our faces from a simple greeting when passing by or whenever we have questions to ask. I've even had a friend or two ask me who would be the best to speak to get everything done smoothly and I would say with a smile, "Ask for Tammy Kuznik. She's the best and you be in good hands." Once again, I'd like to say thank you for everything Tammy you rock!!!

Streamline process, friendly service, 5 stars!

I work in seasonal Corporate housing and rent A LOT of apartment units. Not one other property can hold a candle to Residences at the Manor and especially Tammy Kuznik's hospitality. She has been by far the most friendliest and most genuine leasing consultant to work with. She is extremely attentive to our needs and responds very quickly via phone or email. I can't say my phone call has ever gone to voicemail when dealing with Tammy. In this industry sometimes my head spins and she has never neglected my needs, she is always happy to answer my questions no matter how many times I come back to ask her the same thing or have her resend the same document over and over again. She has the patience of a saint. It is such a pleasure working with Tammy here at Residences at the Manor.

The Residences at the Manor is an awesome place to live. The management staff is so easy to work with. Tammy and Andrew have always been super helpful resolving any issues. Tammy really went out of her way to help me get into my apartment which was a sign of how great this place is. The location is perfect with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment layouts are great and I love the huge windows which let in lots of light. You can't go wrong with this place. It's lovely.

Excellent apartments

I wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the Residence Manor. This is a phenomenal place to stay while in college. The staff is professional and the activities are fun and everything provided to us was first class. Thanks also to Tammy Kuznik for helping us with the portal and making our stay in Frederick feel as if it were home. Thanks again to the entire staff and we highly recommend this place to anyone but especially to any college students who want to live off campus and experience real life.
