Decent

Good place & residents. Maintenance can be hard to get completed. Staff is constantly changing, so it’s hard to get acclimated with our rental office.

Not Recommended for the PRICE AND FAILED AMENTITIES

It was the first time for us to move into a Rental Community. There are much better places available to rent in the Downtown for the price Redwood is Asking. I will start with the good things, The only Good thing is the location. Close to work. There is no other good thing I can recommend. The noise is terrible, the building is not noise proof,you will hear people screaming out on the bar right in front. The maintenance staff is very slow to respond. The amenities which are showed to you on the first day of your tour are all false. We never saw any gym equipment upgrades. The mail service is terrible, lost my package 2 3 times. The 9th-floor resident lounge is inaccessible on weekends when its all occupied by so many guests having parties and you can hear them talking due to no noise proofing. The GRILL on the 9th floor never worked for the whole year we stayed here, which is a false advertisement. Their whole renovation thing was also a great inconvenience as well. We recommended 2 of our friends to the apartments and both came here for our referral. We are not happy with the amenities and the noise. You can find way better places in this rent you are paying. The management should take a note of all these things and make sure that these issues are fixed for the future residents. The false promises should never be made to the guests that GRILLS are working and the equipment is upgraded. Nothing was done for the whole year. Several times i have emailed the department and never heard back from them about the grills.
