Great Property - Awful Staff

The complex is fantastic! The amenities are wonderful (minus the missing pool balls). The property is conveniently located to lots of shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, and grocery stores. However my experience with the leasing office was anything but exceptional. They made an already stressful move infinitely more stressful. Unhelpful, non-communicative, disorganized, and deceitful. The property sells itself which is a good thing because if it were relying on the staff I would have never moved here (apparently a commonality amongst residents here as well - who are also amazing!)

I like it

I really like living at the Porter but the rent is a little high for my budget. I wonder how the new apartment next door will effect the rent price.

Not Luxury

The staff is not great. They do not communicate most the important things that are going on/issues with the complex. They spend time sending emails about the pet of the month rather than fixing the packaging system or parking garage door (hello safety issue?!), which are constantly broken. I could go on, but I prefer to use my time in more productive ways.
