Commons @ white marsh

I have been begging to have my hot water that kept dripping nonstop to be repaired but every time maintenance came couldn’t fix more than a year but finally last month the guy fixed it right. My water heater goes off mostly winter and I have complained multiple times without luck. The price am paying for 2 bedroom townhome with one toilet is beyond what others are paying for 3 bedroom and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. It’s sad and unfair yet I have bn here more than 8 years. That’s why am now considering buying a house,

Good but could be better

I’ve lived here for a while and I love the location and people in the rental office or very friendly. The only issue I have is the time it takes to get major repairs done(roofing). I expect a little more based on rent increases.
