Pangea is ok in my book.

I’ve been at Pangea for 5 yrs. I pretty much keep my place in tact, and clean. I’ve really had great experiences here because of Ms. Ramona moving swift as she can to resolve any issues. She really has made my stay pleasant without a lot of worry.

No major issues

I’ve been living here going on 5yrs. I can honestly say I haven’t had anything major that wasn’t rectified. Ms. Ramona is top tier! Since she’s been here it’s really been a big difference with the timeliness of things getting done for myself and others in my building who need care in their apt homes.

I’ve been here 4 yrs. I’ve never had a problem with my property staff. Apartment living is apartment living. The noise at night can be better. And that’s all I have to speak about. I love the consistency of my property manager. She always gets back to me answering questions thoroughly and Ms. Ramona really cares. She’s personable and that’s special to me. She really makes it easy to live here. I’ve never seen other property mgrs. out in the community before her and that matters to me. I never have issues in my apt and I really like where I am. No complaints.
