Good place,but the water bill is unreasonable

Great location, quiet and friendly staff. Tenants should not have to pay for infrastructure fees, etc that are owner's responsibility in water bill. If they're going to charge tenants for water, charge for just that. Not the other fees that the city charges that are owner's responsibility.

Takes way too long to fix maintenance issues

It takes wayyyy too long to fix maintenance issues. Couldnt use my key fob to get into the door for 2 months which is completely ridiculous. Nothing worse than coming home after a long day at work and having to walk around the building until finding an entrance that will open.
