Overall nice

i have lived here here for past 8 months so far everything is smooth, maintenance and environment is good. I would recommend people looking for rent near downtown to reach out to thorwin properties for their proper accomodation.

Not really happy

Location is not good. We live in front of Hargrave 33 and it's just to noise and messy. Our air conditioning does not work properly and our dishwasher never worked. When we have a problem, the guy who we reach out always tries to solver everything through text message. This is annoying. We had a problem with our Mailbox recently, someone else opened it. We are not feeling really safe, and with the rent increase this year, we are moving once our contract is over. My feeling is that no-one is taking care of us as residents.
