I have lived here over 5 years, I appreciate the location, the economical rent and that maintenance is fairly responsive. Given the size of the units, the condition of the units, and the bare bones amenities (laundry room, gym, lockers) I'm not sure it would be right to charge much more for what you get. Sound carries pretty easily from unit to unit, there is a persistent mouse problem, little is done to care for the shrinking wood, growing cracks and misaligned doors. It feels like property management doesn't want to invest too much to improve, and tenants put up with it for the price. Is what it is.
