Great place, perfect location

I’ve lived at Fort Garry Place II for two and a half years and it’s been a great experience. Move-in was a breeze, maintenance requests are answered quickly, and the staff are friendly. I’m a 5 minute drive/ 20 minute walk from work and close to so many great central Winnipeg attractions. Also nice to have furnished suites in the building available for rent for when I have guests stay for longer than a couple of nights. A gym, a pool, underground parking, and a convenience store are also great amenities.
