I have lived here almost 2 years. It is a quiet building in a good location. It is a quiet place. It is great value for the money. The only complaint is the garbage. It is an open container and often loaded with stuff from those not living here. It always attracts the homeless who go through it and leave it everywhere.
I love living in this block
I have lived here just over a year. I like the bldg. For the most part all is great. The garbage is a huge problem that seems no one can solve. It is a scar on the neighbourhood and it very much attracts the wrong kinds of people especially at night. I would not feel safe going that way after dark. Whenever I have had an issue it is dealt with professionally and timely. This has been rarely.
I moved her Dec 1st I love the bldg & the neighbourhood. I see that masking is mandatory. When something is deemed mandatory it implies there are consequences to not following. I have seen many who do not do this since living here. I also wonder if there are any consequences. Perhaps a request to wear masks would be more appropriate.I also understand it is not the tenants responsibility to police others and most of us do not want to be part of that. just and fyi re the word Mandate. thanks so much. Today I saw a truck and some individuals picking up recycling and over flowing garbage I was impressed. It now looks so much better especially for those living right by the trash. community spirit is wonderful to see. This is a great space to live and I love it.
