I like this apartment, it's quiet and is a good place to live with family

Don't like that there are balconies that cannot be used. I would like my rent to include all amenities available. Garbage and recycling collection needs to be improved. Recycling has not been picked up once since it has been installed. Don't like that I would be fined if I cannot move my car out of the parking lot in time for snow clearing. Rent and laundry increased from the previous owners. Service and maintenance has come either without warning or let themselves into my unit without asking. I am happy that the building is now pet friendly.

Overall living here is a good experience because suits are good to live here, location wise it’s awesome as you can get bus almost right from the front, has some noise issues from other tenants & sometime had some parking issues as someone parked there vehicle in our assigned parking lot.
