The building is very well maintained, my suite is in mint condition. It's incredibly quiet. The property manager, Nadine Albright was very helpful and friendly, and she ensured my move in was seamless. I'm very happy with everything. Great location in a safe neighbourhood.

Inadequate laundry facilities (always broken or fully used) Expensive parking (private is cheaper and right nearby) Friendly neighbourhood, very clean building, excellent pet policy The only benefit is the pet policy, otherwise it is too expensive for what you get. Many other apartments of equal (or less) cost include secure parking, in-suite laundry, and/or a patio/balcony.
