Balsam Ridge

I live in Unit 21, 816 Gertrude Ave. I would like to request that pet owners stop using the east and north sides of this complex as a doggie bathroom. It is highly unpleasant to go out on my deck to see dog poop laying around. There are numerous places "outside" the fence line on all sides for them to walk their dogs so they can do their business. Why behind my deck and the neighbor's deck? It is unfortunate that this end of the complex and the tenants living here are disrespected in this way. Also, I do not know who, but someone turns up the volume on their TV or radio so loud at all hours of the night (midnight, one, two, three, four) in the morning and it is very annoying. This seems to be happening a few times a week now; my sleep is disturbed every time and most of the time I can't fall back to sleep listening to it. I sleep with ear plugs and can still hear it. Also, I believe (could be mistaken) that someone is smoking in their suite. The smell of the cigarette smoke fills my suite and I am allergic. Could it be coming in thru the HRV? I smell it in the mornings on the weekend especially and thru the night a lot of times; thus headaches in the A.M. Sorry to complain but think you should know. Kindly,
