A Resident Service Coordinator is on site.  FSS Programs are available to all residents and the local Summer Lunch Program for area children ages 1-18 is located on our property. There is substantial parking and a large, freestanding community building for meetings, classes and social events. Professional management services, including 24-hour emergency response, are offered by POAH Communities.
