Bad value

There is nowhere to park. The office refuses to enforce the parking sticker rules resulting in either having to park illegally or on the other end of the property and walk back to the building. Every so often we get an email from the leasing office stating to be alert because coyotes are roaming the property, but then they ignore the parking issue forcing you to walk the length of a football field back to the building. I was told there was nothing that could be done about a $75 pet fee despite the fact that none of the amenities are currently available. All of our leases have some sort of out clause where you are still responsible for two months rent, which is fair. However, when I asked for more information on getting out of the lease early the office stalled until there was only two months left on the lease anyway so I was stuck. I've been here for 5 years and my rent has gone up $900 despite moving to a smaller apartment in that time frame.

Bell North Shore

great apartment, great price! no complaints other than the parking situation. all spots are now labeled as visitor which is not to the benefit of the residents told there were parking options that were free of cost. garage and outdoor spaces that you can pay for are exorbitantly priced.

Same issue different tenant

I don't ask for much, but we had neighbors and the were awful. trash all over the place the smell from the apt. enough said they are gone. Now we have new neighbors that are above all the guidelines of the community, they slam doors constantly, they fight and yell almost daily and they are unapproachable to the point if questioned we don't do that. I can say I'm not renewing my lease when it is up. I am not the only one in this building who is complaining and it has not been addressed. I am going to Erik the manager I'm not the one who causes issues I try to resolve them. No one that moves in here will put up with it for the money we pay.
