The street noise is almost unbearable. The neighborhood is equally bad with homeless roaming everywhere. The parking lot is unmonitored and your vehicle is checked nightly by the roaming people in the neighborhood and will be robbed /vandalized if you accidently forget to lock it...even for minutes. The building manager is incredibly rude and obnoxious to you and nonresponsive to any issue ... you will certainly regret moving here.
