Just my opinion

When I first moved here it was landscaped. We had a man who just planted and took care of flowers. Matenance leaves a lot to be desired. Office staff are pleasant. Actually there are other apartment complexes in Orange but but none are as nice as this one.

Common Sense Needed!

The snow plow situation is ridiculous!!! For just 1"-2" of soft snow, we are required to move our cars on a moment's notice or they will be towed. But there is nowhere to move our cars to, so many of us have to drive around and/or park in shopping lots for usually 90 minutes until driving back to see if we can get back into our spaces. Most times receiving NO notices AT ALL!!!! No phone calls! No texts! NO NOTICE OF ANYTHING!!!!! Management should consider that this living complex is basically for DISABLED and/or ELDERLY people and conduct these things with much more consideration and COMMON SENSE!!!! Thank you.

Not the best and Not the worst

No point in putting in maintenance requests. They do not come and when you inquire about your requests they tell you there is none in the system. The office staff has gotten much better but I would still be safe and try not to ask for help or complain about anything because the property staff is known to retaliate towards renters. overall the property isn't a bad one to live at if your comfortable keeping to yourself and handy enough to fix some things yourself.
