1- handicap parking should be assigned or make more handicap parking spots. 2- trash dumpster should be bigger this way we don’t see trash flying out from the dumpsters across the parking lot. And the trash room can be emptied/clean out approximately. 3- washer and dryers (3) of each for one floor of more than 20+ apartments are not enough. 4- concerns (complaints) of tenants are very important some of us are watching out for our community it should be taken in consideration. 5-surveillance cameras should be working for the building as well for our security (vehicles) when something goes wrong.
