A wonderful place to live

I have lived at the Riverwalk lofts- east for almost a year. I have been extremely happy with my new home. The unit is filled with fantastic amenities, is modern, sunny and spacious. I have found the staff/ maintenance to be very helpful, professional and responsive. People are friendly and the community feels safe and pleasant. Ronnie Duran, manager, is always a great help and support. He manages a professional and competent team ! The complex is also always immaculate! I have been very pleased here and very happy to share this.

Happy with this place

The apartment is nice. The appliances are high quality and the flooring is great. Things that are negatives: Can't open the windows. Electric heat is extremely expensive. As many have stated, the walls are thin. I have neighbors that like to start the party around 2 - 3 AM and it feels like they are right in my bedroom. But what can I expect, this is an apartment.

Great but not so great

My experience so far has been great. But due to the extreme noise from upstairs and the non consideration from the front desk staff that has been falling rapidly. I an going to book an apt to soeak with the leasing on a few complaints i have. Because as a tenant one should respect others licing and lifestyle.

Love this place!

1.5 years in.... I love my loft. Great view of the river and the bridge and all the dogs in the dog park. 2 beautiful parks within walking distance. Great antique store across the way. Gym onsite for free and a gym you can join on the bottom floor. 2 bars across the street. This place is the BEST!
