Review request

The location is great being right off the highway giving you easy access for travel. No noise comes through. The shops and gas station next door are an added bonus on convenience. The gun range down the road does create some noise issues but you kinda get used to it. Already high priced then add on a one time $500 amenities fee for gym and pool access. Skipped that and went to the local state park down the road and swam and worked out for free. Landscape is very nice and well maintained. The parking has opportunities as rules are not enforced and impacts the other residents negatively. The staff is great and always very professional and quick to respond. The parking issue is more the fault of inconsiderate residents and staff being caught in the middle.

Top Notch Management Team

The best part of living at Windsor at Hopkinton are the management and maintenance teams: they are unequivocally the best I have experienced in 35 years of apartment living in multiple states and countries.   I have health issues and they have done everything they can to accommodate my needs. For every request, they have responded quickly, done excellent work, and all with a smile. Some examples: I am high risk for COVID and need to avoid high traffic spaces, so they bring my packages to me. Some weeks, there are many boxes, some of which are large and/or heavy. When Michelle found a wayward box in the wrong building, she brought that to me as well.  When a large box leaked copious amounts of protein powder when removed from the parcel locker, Kaileigh called to warn me so that I would not end up with a huge mess in my apartment. Jeremy did an excellent job repairing all the baseboards which had separated from the walls due to settling of the building. It made a huge improvement. Mark did an excellent job repairing the bath ceiling when it was discovered that it had not been primed and the paint had cracked. He also took extra steps to ensure that the damage had not been caused by leaks or moisture in the ceiling, and did some other paint touch up. When I reported an issue on a Saturday not expecting to hear back until at least Monday, within an hour, Mark was at my door to check things out. Lou has also helped with several repairs and done a great job.  He always has a smile for me when I see him on property no matter how busy he is. When Whole Foods delivered my order to the wrong building, Candra made two calls to Amazon to figure out who they were for and then delivered them to me.   Mostly, these are kind people who go above and beyond. They have made living here a much better experience and I can't thank them enough.
