Apartment was renovated when i moved. Maintenance is good. Some traffic noise because the building is on a main st but if you facing the back the noise is bearable.

No storage closet at all. Apartments are compact even the 2 beds. Poorly light and very thin walls i can hear the tv and even conversations from upstairs. Off street parking is a plus. New cheap appliances. Price could be less but its not way over the market.
